What EPCScore collects
EPCScore does not require an account and does not ask for a name or address to use the area-analysis tools. A postcode entered into search is processed in your browser and reduced to its outward district before the results page opens.
Standard server and hosting logs may process technical information such as request time, URL, browser information and network address for security, reliability and diagnostics.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use and improve the product. Analytics and hosting services may process technical request data under their own privacy and security terms. EPCScore does not use analytics data to build an address-level EPC profile.
If you email us, we process the address, message and any information you choose to include so that we can respond and maintain a reasonable record of the correspondence. Do not send identity documents, payment details, tenancy files or other sensitive personal data.
Public EPC data
The product displays aggregated area statistics. It does not publish an EPC address search or reproduce individual certificates. The official source may hold address and property-reference data under its own legal and licensing framework.
External links
Links to GOV.UK and other sources open services controlled by those organisations. Their privacy policies apply once you leave EPCScore.
